Nationals.com is reporting the Nationals and the New York Yankee$ are in trade discussions for both first baseman Nick Swisher and outfielder Xavier Nady. It is unknown who the Yanks would get in return.

Swisher was supposed to be the Yanks first baseman in 09′, but since the Yanks moved in and gobbled up Mark Teixeira, he has been put on reserve. Swisher, who hits at least 20 home runs a season and has above average on base percentage, is best known for being the poster boy for the book Moneyball by Michael Lewis.

Xavier is an outfielder who has worked with the Pirates, Mets, Yanks, and Padres who leads a covert group of mutants who are bent on saving humanity even though humanity locks his kind in cages and stuff. He has telepathic abilities–
