Authorities down in some backwater, swamp county named Polk, FL are firing off fireworks and drinking mead to celebrate the biggest steroids operation bust in it’s history, which is cool because drugs and steroids are bad we are told. Good for them, but what does it have to do with the Washington Nationals?

You would wish nothing, but unfortunately– TBO.com:

What investigators aren’t sure of is whether Richard Thomas, 35, is telling the truth when he said he is the biggest steroid provider in Central Florida and that he sold mostly to professional athletes, including those on the Washington Capitals hockey team and Washington Nationals baseball team.

Oh please, give us a break! Come on, the guy is obviously lying and just pulled a team out of the air– I mean has he seen how the Nationals have been playing recently? It would be believable if he said someone like the Mets or Phillies, but Washington? Cripes. If true I guess that proves one thing: at least the players care enough to cheat.

Any Washington player found using steroids is immediately going to be creamed on this blog. That should be incentive enough for any Nats player to immediately stop taking them or use a masking agent to hide any guilt. We warn them now. That is right, we are that kind of blog and we don’t take excuses. Start pissing guys and getting that crud out of your systems.

There is no other information available on this story other than what has been reported. No names, no receipts, no dirty needles. It could be complete smokescreen to cover this numbnut’s ass, but we’ll keep our eye on it and report anything we hear or find. Yeah, I know. I know exactly what you are thinking:
