Nationals pitcher John Lannan was on Twitter today and he had an important announcement to make:

@JLannan31: Its hilarious when people who cant play a sport talk crap about athletes. Save it geeks.

The posting later disappeared off his page and he issued an apology to all geeks everywhere.
